Spread out across nearly an acre, this 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom home that sleeps 16 guests, combines the feel of a private resort with all the comforts of home. Step outside and discover a true sports lover’s paradise: ◾Take a dip or swim some laps in the large heated pool* ◾Practice your short game on the 1,200 square foot expansive putting and chipping green ◾Challenge friends on the pickleball court ◾Show off your basketball skills ◾Take some swings in the batting cage with pitching machine ◾Enjoy a volleyball match under the Arizona sun ◾Pick your pleasure - soccer, yoga, frisbee, football, cornhole - use the large grassy area for whatever you love to do! After the games, unwind in the sparkling swimming pool, get some sun in one of the 12 loungers around the pool, soak in the hot tub, tell your favorite stories around the outdoor lighted firepit, or grill dinner in the covered BBQ and bar area while catching the big game on the outdoor TVs. Inside, the spacious 4,200 sq. ft. floor plan is perfect for groups. Multiple gathering areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and stylish modern décor make it easy to relax together or spread out. With plenty of bedrooms, each with their own TV, and flexible sleeping arrangements, the house comfortably accommodates families, golf trips, wellness getaways, and large groups of friends.
